Wake up early and you shall be rewarded. Unfortunately, the clean conditions didn’t last,  I was too busy doing my job taking pictures. The wind came on-shore by the time i got to the line up, plus i had to dash back to my wife who i had left behind in the tent.

Somewhere on the East Coast, (i know where and i’m sure the locals do to), not a bad start to the new year and for my first visit.

With La Nina conditions developing in the tropical pacific, i have my broad-shorts on stand by, especially if it was like last summer, pumping surf and warm weather, won’t be long until l i can hang up the 4/3.
